The Red Arrows 60th Anniversary Fly-Over | St. David's College Old Davideans Association
The whole school community savoured a very special moment today, when the Red Arrows flew in formation past the school as a nod to our 60th anniversary year, thanks to our Head Boy Oliver Andrew. The Red Arrows, officially the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, are a highly skilled display team known for their precision flying and breathtaking displays.Oliver by chance met one of the Red Arrow pilots last June at their base RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire and heard the pilot mention that the Red Arrows were celebrating their 60th Anniversary in 2025, just like St David’s.To read more about how Oliver managed to persuade the Red Arrows to do a flypast today, please read more by following the link.https://www.stdavidscollege.co.uk/.../a-moment-to-remember
